Administrator
HomeLike is administered by the property management company Ejsingholm. Through it, booking, purchase of services and support are carried out.

Booking
You book your stay online via our administrator. You find the link for booking under the menu ‘Book’. Here you can also purchase various services during your stay.

Arrival and departure
You have access to your apartment from 15:00 pm on the day of arrival. You must be out of the apartment by 11:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.

Access to the building and the apartment
Upon arrival, you gain access to the building with the help of your personal HomeLike code. In the basement, you get your electronic key to the apartment in the mounted key box, to which you have been given a code. When you leave, you return the electronic key to the box. This is also specified in your booking confirmation.

Payment
Settling of accounts takes place via our administrator. You will be sent an invoice by e-mail.

Parking
There are free monitored parking spaces.

Transportation opportunities
HomeLike neighbours the new light rail stop in Business Park Skejby, which has eight departures per hour in towards the Aarhus city centre. In addition, quite a few city buses drive from the area, and there are good connections to the motorway. It’s a 10-minute drive to the Aarhus City centre.

Bicycle room
We have a bicycle room, where you can place your bike. The room is video-monitored. 

Post
If you would like to receive post during your stay, it must be sent to HomeLike’s postbox. Our Facility Crew empties the postbox daily, and deliver your mail to your apartment. HomeLike cannot be held responsible for lost post.

Emergency situations
In a sudden emergency situation, such as a power outage, leaking water pipe or the like, you can call tel. 25 94 04 45. You can call around the clock. Please avoid misusing this number.

Facility Crew
If you have practical problems during your stay, you can contact our Facility Crew Monday, Thuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:00am - 8:00am. The Facility Crew is responsible for the daily operation of HomeLike, and they have their own office in the building.

Service check
For a rental period lasting more than a month, we will carry out a service check of your apartment once per month. With this, we ensure that all installations, drains, etc. are working. You will be notified, and you do not need to be present.

Services
You have the possibility of purchasing various services, such as cleaning. You purchase the services when you book your stay. You can also buy services later during your stay through our administrator.

Bed linen and towels
You will get a free linen package. The package consists of duvet and pillow covers, sheet, towels, dish towels and dishcloth. You can have a new package delivered by the Facility Crew when you want it.

Bicycle rental 
We rent out bicycles on a monthly basis. You can rent a bike when you book your stay, or you can rent the bike later through our administrator. Our Facility Crew delivers the key.

Extension of the rent/ termination of the apartment
You can extend your rent or terminate your apartment by contacting property management company Ejsingholm on e-mail kontakt@ejsingholm.com 

Storage space
You can rent approx. 18 m² of storage space in the cellar. The cellar is video-monitored, heated and ventilated.  

Iron and ironing board
You have the possibility of borrowing an iron and ironing board from our Facility Crew. You have the responsibility for delivering them back in the same condition they were in when you received them. 

Cleaning
You can purchase cleaning service during your stay, or you can borrow cleaning items from our Facility Crew. There is obligatory cleaning when you move out of the apartment.

Waste
Removal of waste is your own responsibility. Underground waste containers are placed by the parking area.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, which we request that you respect. Violation of the rule results in an extra invoice for extraordinary cleaning of the apartment.

Damages to the apartment and interior
All apartments are modernised and fully furnished to a high standard. They are decorated with interiors of high quality. Damaged items or furniture will be charged for at departure.

Pets
It’s not allowed to keep pets in our apartments.

Afterwards, you can always log in with your user profile, and here it’s possible to purchase services, settle accounts, extend the lease, terminate the lease (if it is not time-limited) and direct enquiries to the administrator via the support function.
